QUALITY ASSURANCE
All items offered are in excellent condition, unless noted otherwise in the product description. All clothing is carefully examined prior to sale and, if a defect is discovered, it is fully disclosed.
A Note on Sizing
Please browse sizes that are close to the size you're looking for. If you have a 12-month old, browsing 6-12m and 12-18m will offer greater opportunities for discounts on great clothes! If it's a 'larger looking' size 12m, for example, we will put it in the 12-18m category.
SHIPPING
Where-
Happy Penguin Kidswear ships to the 48 contiguous states, Alaska and Hawaii.
INTERNATIONAL / Domestic Territories- We are also able to ship to buyers outside the United States, but because laws are varied and specific, we request that if you are interested in making a purchase, you first use the 'contact' button on the top navigation bar.
Please let us know the items you are interested in (some of our items cannot lawfully be sent to some countries). All customs forms will be correctly completed to reflect costs; no exceptions.
Happy Penguin kidswear cannot be held responsible for any tariffs or fees imposed by the destination country. Please be aware of any extra costs that may apply prior to making your purchase. We reserve the right to decline sales which may be unlawful under the laws of the USA or destination country.
How-
Domestic-
Your items will be shipped via USPS (post office) Priority Mail or Standard Domestic delivery. Simply make your selection during final checkout after entering your shipping information.
International-
All items will be sent via United States Postal Service (USPS), either first class international (4 lbs. or less), or priority international.
When-
All items will be shipped within two business days.
How Much Does it Cost?
For SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES PROPER, please send a query by clicking on the 'contact' button at the top of the page. Let us know which items you are interested in, and we will respond without delay with a shipping quote.
Can You Ship My Item Overnight?
If you need your item right away let us know. While we do not offer overnight or two-day delivery in checkout, please contact us if you need expedited shipping. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please call us at (818) 281-7296 or e-mail your request prior to payment through our checkout page.
Can I Check the Shipping Status of My Item?
Yes. Once your transaction has been completed, you will be emailed a postal number which you can enter at the USPS website so you can see when your order was shipped. You can check by clicking here: Has my Order Shipped?(www.USPS.com.)

IF YOU CHOOSE PAYMENT BY USPS MONEY ORDER:
Once the money order clears (12-48 hours, business days), your items will be shipped by the method you select. Please note that money orders must be those issued by the United States Postal Service. No other checks or money orders are accepted at this time.
Please contact us so we may set your items aside. Most items in inventory have only one available, and we would like to make sure you will receive them, and that they will not be sold based on instant payment and shipping.
