Returns Are Easy

 

You can be confident that your purchases will meet your needs and expectations and, if they do not, they can be returned for a refund of your purchase price. If you find you need to return an item, please follow these easy steps within 30 days of the order date:

1- Pack the item(s), postage pre-paid, and including either the packing slip or a note indicating your name, the order number, and the reason for the return. (Your reason, whatever it is, is good enough for us; But please let us know so we may know how to better serve all customers.)

2- Send the item(s) addressed to Happy Penguin Kidswear, 3727 W. Magnolia Blvd., #413, Burbank, CA 91505.

Make sure you get a delivery confirmation number! Items not received cannot be refunded!

Once we receive the return, your account will be credited the purchase price (plus any applicable tax). The shipping charge cannot be refunded. 

Note: Items purchased as new must be returned in new condition with tags still attached. All returns of new garments must be in the same condition as when sent, with tags attached, unworn and unlaundered. (Please make sure sure the garments fit your child prior to use/tag removal if there are questions
about size!)  Gently-worn item returns must be received in the same condition as when sent.
